• Non-Irrigated Agricultural Land: Rs. 8,500 per hectare
• Irrigated Agricultural Land: Rs. 17,000 per hectare
• Perennial Crops (e.g., Sugarcane): Rs. 22,500 per hectare

A minimum compensation is also assured:

• Non-Irrigated Land: Rs. 1,000
• Irrigated Land: Rs. 2,000
